T.E.G. Metalli S.R.L. is a young company born in the Salerno area, with the aim of bringing innovation to the world of sheet metal and laminates in general.
The structure, extending over 16,000 square meters, consists of a large production and metalworking department.
Our main goal is to market certified and high quality material at a price that is neither high nor moderate, but RIGHT.; assist customers in the best possible way both in direct and online sales and always guarantee the best.
Terms of payment:
- Credit card – PayPal: In the event that the consumer intends to pay by credit card, he can use the payment procedure with PayPal, suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. For any information and further Legal Agreements, the Customer is asked to consult the PayPal.com website.
- Bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer can be made using the following details: – IBAN: IT84 T 03069 76095 100000005757 – Header: T.E.G. METALLI S.R.L. In the event that the payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased goods will be shipped upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within two / five days after making the transfer (the timing varies depending on the credit institution used). To facilitate the process, the payment receipt together with your order number can be sent to the e-mail address: e-commerce@tegmetallisrl.it.
- Regular Accompanying Invoice will be issued, to be received together with the purchased goods.
OUR SHIPMENTS ARE MADE WITH BARTOLINI.
Delivery takes place in 24/48 working hours (therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays), all with the exception of islands and “disadvantaged” areas which require at least one more day. Order preparation times vary depending on the item, but we guarantee a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 4/5 working days.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered is the same as that indicated on the carrier’s letter;
– that the packaging is intact and sealed.
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by accepting the package with subject to control (communicating it to the courier).

Each product sold, as required by the D.L. January 15, 1992 n ° 50. Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, is subject to the right of withdrawal / return.
This right must be exercised no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, by sending a communication to the e-mail address e-commerce@tegmetallisrl.it or by sending a registered letter with return receipt, within which indicate the reasons for the return, the description of the order, a copy of the Accompanying Invoice and details for credit reimbursement (excluding shipping costs).
This refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods and only after having checked its integrity.
The right of return lapses when the “ESSENTIAL CONDITION OF INTEGRITY OF THE GOOD” (packaging and / or its contents) is no longer valid, in cases where T.E.G. METALLI s.r.l. ascertain: the lack of the original external / internal packaging or use of the product that makes it impossible to restore the conditions pre-existing at the sale.
The right of return applies exclusively to physical persons, thus excluding Resellers and Companies with a VAT number.
